Listed below are feature services for the state of Idaho. They are intended to provide ESRI ArcDesktop ArcMap users with a set of standardized and pre-formatted features that are current, topologically consistent and accurate to a scale of 1:24,000. As opposed to datasets offered through image services, these feature service datasets include usable data in the form of accompanying attribute tables, are pre-formatted but fully customizable in appearance and can be saved locally. In short, they function and can be used in your ArcMap application in the same way as a shapefile feature residing on your computer. These features are published using either ArcGis Server or ArcIMS Server software. To add a feature set listed in the table below, identify whether the server is an ArcGIS or ArcIMS server and then follow the appropriate set of steps immediately below.
