The Board has an Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) that enables the caller to enter the license number or social security number of a nurse and receive verbal information regarding the licensure status.  There is also the capability to request a faxed verification of the licensure status through this system.  Information provided from this site may be considered as Primary Source Verification.
